High School Arm Care Program

Our offseason training program gives young athletes a healthy, personalized approach to throwing development and arm care. Every pitcher’s body is different, and our goal is to help each athlete find their own perfect recipe for success. This program is built to improve athleticism, build efficient and healthy mechanics, increase strike-throwing and velocity, and reduce the risk of injury—all while helping athletes better understand how their body works.

Training runs through November and December, with athletes meeting two times a week for 45-minute sessions. We group players by age and ability, starting at 10U and going through high school. Every athlete, no matter their experience level, benefits from a structured program that meets them where they are and guides them forward. This is about doing it right—building mechanics and habits that support a long, healthy, and successful career on the mound.

The program is led by former Major League pitcher Wes Obermueller, who has worked extensively with the City High Little Hawks organization. His training has helped shape pitchers from elementary age through high school, with many of those athletes now competing at the collegiate and professional levels. With this program, your athlete will receive the same level of thoughtful, individualized coaching focused on long-term development and success.

We don’t believe in cookie-cutter programs. Our training is built on years of real experience—both on the mound and in coaching young athletes. Wes brings a deep understanding of what it takes to stay healthy, throw with intent, and succeed at the next level. What sets us apart is our commitment to the long game: we prioritize safe and sustainable development over quick fixes. Every session is designed with purpose, and every athlete is coached with care. When you train with us, you’re not just signing up for lessons—you’re investing in a program that’s committed to helping your athlete thrive now and in the future.
